Well, I have 2 jobs actually.
I have decided to take the bookkeeping job with the attorneys who I know thru my current company. I have enjoyed working with them over the years and I think it will be a good fit for both of us. I'll be working there 16 to 20 hours a week in the mornings.
Then in the afternoons I'll be working for my friend, Brent. Hopefully that job will be at least 20 hrs a week, but more like 25 to 30 hours.
It's been a stressful couple of weeks so I feel relieved to know what I'll be doing after I leave my current job. My last day here is Oct 31, which will be the last day the company is open.
In other news: Kyle has a few more weeks left of softball and then that season will be over. Basketball season starts soon. Brian, Sarah and Mikey are all doing well. We leave in 2 weeks for Alan & Lindsey's Vegas wedding. My mom is still waiting to hear when she can close on the house in Syracuse. It's a short sale thru the bank, which she was told that could take a while, but we didn't realize it would take this long for the approval. Hopefully that goes thru soon because she'd like to be in NY before the snow comes.
