Where have I been?

Sorry for not posting in months. I love my 2 jobs and love being able to work from home every day with the one job and you would think I would have more time for things like laundry and blogging, but I actually have less time now. I will try to do a better job with posting updates.

Here's what you missed:


Trip to Vegas in Oct 2008 - Lindsey and Alan got married. Yay!











Nov 2008 My mom decided to move to upstate NY. She bought a house and is doing great, other than quite a bit of snow they are getting this year.

Dec 2008 December was a mix. We had done a round of fertility treatments with insemination on Thanksgiving, found out it worked and I was pregnant, only to find out the day after Christmas that I had lost the baby (I was six weeks at that point). Which bring us to...

Jan 2009 The beginning of the month was rough for both of us but by the middle we were starting to feel better and even went on a long awaited trip to Florida for a week. I'll post a few pics later. It was very relaxing and a great getaway for us!

Feb 2009 Can anyone believe we are in Feb of 2009? I can't. I'm enjoying the snow we are getting, but will be happy when Spring arrives. It's 3 degrees right now. Brrrr. We are trying to get pregnant again. I'm not going to be as forthcoming with details as I use to be. I was ready to talk about our ups and downs with all of our close friends and family. Now, not so much. I mean, I know friends and family are very supportive, at least ours are, but talking about what we're going thru is very hard. It has been an emotional and hormonal rollercoaster. The fertility treatments we are doing are expensive and we don't have it in our budget to do a lot of them. We have another one coming up but I'll refrain from sharing the details until we have some great news to share.
